Started by A Group of Senior Professional team consisting of: 1) Senior Sales Personal 2) Experienced Engineers. We are trained in different kind of Surgical, Diagnostic Equipment & Audiology for Sales and Service and have worked in companies like Elkon, Medilife Technologies Starkey, Amplaid, Widex, Interacoustics & Many Other Companies. We are a Team who have been Handling Sales & Service for Different Companies at Pan India Level. Covid 19 has given us an opportunity that we came together and Formed a company. idroid has a highly enthusiastic and experienced team in all its departments which is fully equipped of catering to all your ENT / Audiology / Surgery equipment requirements & needs under one roof. They strive hard with the sole aim of rendering quality, fast & superior services to its customers with its Company Policy as mentioned below: Building Customer Confidence Meeting Customer Needs Transparent Approach of Information Suitable Advice Delivery on Commitment Hassle Free Post Sales Process Research & Development: We started R&D in 2015 with the sole vision of coming up quality Portable Endoscopy Equipment in which we succeeded with a good and own product and providing “Value-for-Money”. Way Forward: After having started manufacturing and will be launching multiple products as detailed below, we have already started our journey towards certifications like 9001-2015, ICMED & CE etc required for sales in the highly regulated markets. Manufacturing Unit & Head Quarters: We are based out of New Delhi and have total Tie Ups for Sales and Service in Each Zone of India so that service can be given fast.
