Our objective is to establish a Food Startup that is developed on three major pillars – (1) A unique IDEA in terms of product development, technology used and value proposed to its customers. (2) Said idea shall be translated to a VISION that can be measured and continuously improved to ensure greater value to its customers and stake holders. (3) Built a team that understands the philosophy of the establishment and are trained and equipped to ensure SUCCESS of the venture in terms of sustainable growth and financial stability. We envision this venture to be socially relevant, sustainable and scalable. Our product portfolio will have a primary preference on Health, Nutrition and Wellbeing. Basic elements like taste, texture, flavor, variety and hygiene shall be its default features. We believe kids and youth are the most important segment of our society in a future perspective and our first big step shall be a set of Phytonutrient rich and Low-Fat cold desserts and baked products to ensure satisfaction to their taste buds and their nutrition adequacy. We have partnered with Indian Institute of Food Processing Technology (IIFPT) which is a pioneer Research and Educational Institution under the Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Government of India. In addition to our plan for sourcing locally produced good quality raw material, we wish to support the local community by creating employment opportunity, provide adequate training and enabling them to be self-sufficient citizens. Though it is collaborative effort of all the partners, idviSu Ventures is the brain child of a women entrepreneur (one of the partners) and we believe it will set another example among the startup fraternity and women entrepreneurial aspirants in general.
