We help them with psychometrics to know their inner abilities, skills, personality, mindset, behavior and which career is suitable based on their traits. We give them trainings in their respective interested field of studies (That includes - arts, science, technology, social studies, management, creative pursuits etc). We have a team of professionals and experts from each aggregated field who are ready to guide, train, coach and support individuals to become experts in the field of their passion. People are given complete UNLIMITED EXPERIENCE BASED OPPORTUNITIES to Earn, Gain Experience or have both. We divide the individuals based on the tasks they execute after successful workshop + training + Internship period. We assess the level of skill-set, are made to work on "OPEN-SOURCE, FREELANCE and START-UP Products" which gives unlimited research, exploring and learning and EARNING opportunities for every individual who associate with us. From part-time, full-time, internships, freelancing, and lot more Earning and experience gaining opportunities in real-time is provided. Associating with colleges with MOU's give us extra edge on training students and make them work from college itself during their under graduation itself. Making college an incubation center, every student gets training for a period of 6 - 12 months and then given opportunity to work as an individual or as a team on Open source, Freelance and startup products/services. We tie-up with international, national clients and distribute the work to students/individuals to work along with us.
