Impact Infracap is an innovative company working to create scalable businesses in the climate, climate tech and infrastructure domains and securing large scale institutional capital solutions for such companies. Impact Infracap has done pioneering work in creating business platforms in smart metering, returnable packaging, power transmission and renewable energy domains. The business model of Impact Infracap is unique as it commences from idea generation to creating a business mode, finding the right manpower, working with the management team to develop the business, invest seed capital, inculcating best practices in the business (MIS, governance, reporting) and thereafter securing international capital for such businesses. Each of the businesses that Impact Infracap has developed till date has had significant economic benefits for the country (addressing financial health of the power utilities through smart metering, improving efficiencies in supply chains through asset pooling, expanding use of renewable energy to progress the country towards its net zero targets) while also generating considerable direct and indirect employment.
