Why we Create impexpo.in ? one day we both were travelling through some villages casually . We saw an old woman making some handcraft items , I still remember it was a “ kantha stitch saree “ and there was a peacock designe , believe me or not it was too beautiful , My friend told me his mother has similar kind of saree and it’s price was approx. Rs. 6500 . This Price was Big so just with curiosity I ask that old lady “ KOTO DAM KAKIMA ? ( What’s the price aunty ?) ” She said and I Quote : old lady : “ Dokan er malik ra Rs. 1500 ta dei tumi Rs. 1400 deo kintu ai lal rong ta hobe na Golapi ronger ache akta “( Shop keepers used to give Rs. 1500 ,you give me Rs. 1400 but Red colour is not available Pink is there ). My Friend took one For his Wife . After that we came Home , after 2 days my friend told me that in our local garments shop that saree cost about Rs. 5200. that line really make me sad . next day I called my friend and discuss about all this inhuman activity. [ NOTE : let me tell you that old lady told me that it takes approx. 5 months to complete one saree So just think one lady works hard for 5 months and just make profit of RS. 400-Rs 500. but that shop keeper makes profit of Rs 3500. ] So we Discuss and thought what if we can connect these manufacturer to Customers directly With best possible price , because if its happening in this small village it means its happening in a big scale through out India . we work hard for 7 months , we go here and there asking help , asking for some tips , asking for some links to make some works easy , and many more . we gave our nights to make this work. and finally we came with this platform. www.impexpo.in – Everything in 1 place .
