The idea of Global Lancers was conceived when we realized that there is a need to fill this invisible void, where people are facing a great trouble in finding the right people to get their jobs done. Global Lancers is the first platform that insulates Entrepreneurs, SMEs and Businesses from the friction & headaches of outsourcing by introducing the concept of “Hire a Team” that will take care of all the jobs from ideation to consultation till execution. Global Lancers is a 'fully managed' work platform that operates as a layer on the top of crowded labour marketplaces and agencies. We have re-invented outsourcing by introducing 3-layer engagement model: L1: Personal Service Manager – PSM is a single intellectual link to understand the user requirements, initiate & keep track of the project. He serves as One Point Contact for over 150 services enables quick and easy communication that saves time, efforts and money. He serves as the representative of the client inside the company and makes sure that the results exceed the expectations of the client. L2: Domain Experts – A pool of experienced experts to plan and strategize the business-specific solutions, enabling team-wide collaborations. They build the strategies, make the plans and identify the best technology and skills required to deliver the promised results to the client. DEs supervise and ensure that the entire project is executed well & on time while the quality and standards of the end results remain intact. L3: Pre-Vetted & Skilled Workforce – Individuals or companies performing excellently in niche sectors. It ends the quest to find the right match as they are pre-screened and scrutinized rigorously by us so that the clients don’t have to search & compare. The concept of “Hire a Team” revolves around the network of Personal Service Managers, Domain Experts and Pre-Vetted Workforce who collectively aim to reduce the cost, time and efforts by maintaining the analytics of tastes, procedure and working standards of customer’s business, so that every project which we deliver exceeds our client expectations. REVENUE MODEL • PLATFORM ACCESS FEES - Each business or individual subscribes to us at $99/year (27 cents or ₹17 per day), enabling them with a Personal Service Manager of their own and all the features of the platform. • SERVICE FEES - Further, users have to pay as and when they access our set of services. It is a “Pay as You Grow” model as the user only pays on the utilization of the services for their business sustainability and growth. The price range of services typically varies from $50 - $5000. We help the Doers to Dream, Believe and Achieve by providing 150+ services under one umbrella by removing all the hassles that come in their way while getting their jobs done.
