India’s population is large and diverse; it caters to the needs of 1.39 billion people. Good Internet-Based connectivity in the urban and rural areas is essential for economic growth. Since the early 1990s, India's growing economy has witnessed a rise in demand for Software designing, development, customization, implementation, maintenance, testing and benchmarking, designing, developing, and dealing in computer software and solutions, and import, export, sell, purchase, distribute, host (in data centers or over the web) or otherwise deal in own and third party computer software packages, programs and solutions, and to provide internet/web-based applications, services and solutions, offering services on-site/ offsite or through development centers using owned /hired or third party infrastructure and equipment, etc. As Our Country Has a vast diverse IT infrastructure, we are planning to take advantage of this opportunity and enter into contracts, agreements, and arrangements with any other person, firm, company, body corporate, or statutory body, on behalf of the Company, for carrying out any of the objects for which the Company is established. To streamline the complete IT infrastructure market, technical activities including manpower recruitment, manpower planning, training, and management, commission agent, general commission agent, business aggregator, a mediator in bulk business deals, etc, will solve the problems like unemployment in our country and nourish the young and innovative talents for their better future. There are a lot of foreign companies that want to invest in this business but due to a lack of business infrastructure and entities hesitant to establish their business in this line, Hence by starting this business, we can attract lot more foreign companies to invest in our homegrown IT infrastructure enabling an all-round growth of our economy.
