The word ‘Indicblue’ is a combination of the word ‘Indic’ and the colour ‘blue’. Indic refers to the Indic civilisation which is one of the oldest civilisations in the world and is the foundation that forms the basis for a lot of the Indian culture, tradition and philosophy. The colour blue synonymous with the sky and the sea, signifies open spaces, introspective journeys, innovation, imagination, freedom and limitlessness. Rooted firmly in the tradition and cultural heritage of India, Indicblue will be a ‘direct to consumer’ brand that intends to reimagine clothing for men by facilitating their ‘self expression with effortless everyday elegance”. India has a rich history of textiles and fabric manufacturing dating back centuries and there are plenty of timeless techniques that were employed by artisanal craftsmen. We will offer classic menswear styles inspired from all over the world adapted for the modern man’s wardrobe by combining it with modern fits, natural organic fabrics, sustainable practices and artisanal craft. Indicblue will leverage latest digital technologies in order to provide a superlative and seamless customer experience.
