In their own words
At Industry Exposure Initiative (IEI), we are committed to bridging the gap between academia and industry by providing students with an online platform to explore skill-based industrial training and apprenticeship opportunities. Our platform enables students to register and apply for programs that align with their career aspirations, allowing them to gain hands-on experience in real-world industry settings. Through a structured evaluation and selection process, we ensure that students are matched with the right opportunities, fostering a seamless transition from learning to professional growth. For industries, we offer a unique approach to talent acquisition that goes beyond traditional hiring methods. Instead of relying solely on interviews, we facilitate an evaluation-based onboarding process, allowing companies to assess candidates based on their practical skills and capabilities. This not only helps industries identify the right talent efficiently but also significantly reduces hiring and recruitment costs. Our industry-academia research program is designed to create a sustainable talent pipeline, ensuring that companies can access skilled professionals who are ready to contribute from day one. At IEI, our mission is to create a collaborative ecosystem where students, academic institutions, and industries work together to shape the future of the workforce. By fostering meaningful industry exposure and practical learning experiences, we empower students to make informed career choices while enabling industries to build a workforce that meets their evolving needs. With a focus on skill development, innovation, and seamless industry integration, we strive to transform the way talent is nurtured and recruited, making career opportunities more accessible and impactful for all.

- no incorporation date
- no funding signal of any kind
- no address beyond the district
We have no liveness signal for any company on this site: no filings feed, no revenue, no check that the website still resolves. A startup existing here means a startup exists, not that a business is trading.
