Our venture focuses on unlocking the true potential of exotic and indigenous underutilized food crops from India’s Northeast by transforming them into high-value, shelf-stable products with extended shelf life that are preservative-free for national and global markets. The region’s rich and unique produce—such as pineapple (kew and queen variety), kiwi, and taro—often faces significant post-harvest losses due to limited use of processing and market access. We utilize advanced vacuum frying technology, a low-temperature process that preserves natural color, flavor, and nutritional quality while reducing oil absorption, to develop premium, healthy snack products. Supported by process optimization and research-driven pre-treatments, our approach ensures consistent quality and scalability. We are the first in the region to employ this technology, and we focus strongly on exotic and indigenous foods of the region with spice blends that are found in the region mostly GI tagged, with unique and rich bioactive presence. We reduce food waste, enhance farmer incomes, and create sustainable livelihood opportunities. Positioned at the intersection of food technology and sustainability, our startup brings the authentic taste and value of India’s Northeast indigenous produce to global consumers. We are a technology-driven food processing startup with a strong social and environmental impact.
