Infocruise solutions is the brainchild of 4 technopreneurs with the goal of changing the way the Manufacturer to Customer (M2C) engagement is done. We are currently focused on the automobile domain. Once we build a successful engagement platform in the automobile domain, we plan to replicate the model to other verticals. The company is headed by professionals in the IT industry with a total experience of about 45 years, predominantly in providing software solutions in the automobile industry. The management team comes with a rich experience of technology and deep understanding of automobile retail domain. The current team size is 15 committed engineers. The team is a good combination fresh engineers and experienced professionals. We look to increase the team size by another 10 members in the next 1 year. We are working on building a bouquet of services wherein each service can work individually to solve specific industry problems or multiple services can work together to provide a platform for M2C engagement. Our focus is on building high quality products that we can proudly present as “Made In India” across the world. Brief about products Currently we are working on creating 2 products. Going ahead, we look to expand the portfolio to 5 products. The products that we are working on currently are AutoComm and Promote. AutoComm Buying is moving online. The rapid penetration of mobile phones and internet has resulted in a shift in the customer buying process. The number of customers buying online, and the total value of online buying is increasing exponentially. The COVID situation has further increased the number of customers preferring to buy online. As of today, the number of customers buying Automobile online is not high, but the day is not far when buying a bike or a car or a commercial vehicle online will be a norm. We see that many automobile OEMs are looking to setup online shops after the COVID situation; this is a clear indication that automobile buying dynamics are changing and is shifting online. Automobile buying is complex process involving multiple steps and multiple parties. Hence, a typical Ecommerce store will not suffice to cater to buying an automobile online. A typical Ecommerce store can help to book an automobile online, but not to complete the entire buying process. To enable buying of an automobile online, a specialised ecommerce site will be required that handles all the steps of automobile buying and connect to all the parties involved in buying an automobile. We are building an Ecommerce platform that is specialised to sell automobiles and automobile related products/services. The platform is called AUTOCOMM. Promote A journey that starts with buyers considering products online and ends with buying one from a nearby store. It’s very important that organizations need to be present digitally, to achieve good digital presence, run campaigns online, attract more prospects, increase digital footprints. An OEM has a good digital presence, but not hyperlocal. Dealers do not have enough bandwidth to do a good digital presence. PROMOTE is a tool that helps OEM and Dealers collaborate to create good digital presence and brand awareness hyper-locally. Promote also helps Organizations to collaborate, plan execute campaigns offline, which will become the one-stop-shop for marketing needs
