When we look at the distribution network of OEMs in different verticals, we find that the customer data is scattered across multiple systems and there is no single platform on which the entire network works on. The OEMs have their own ERP, the distributors and wholesellers have their own inventory and billing systems and the retailers have their own systems. If all customer data were to be shared and available centrally to the OEMs, it will significantly improve the ability of the OEM to understand the server the customer better and thus help retention of customer and increase customer loyalty. Once the OEMs understand the cutomers better, the potential of improving customer experience is immense. Other than a few verticals like the large FMCGs, large Pharma and the Automobile industries, most other industries do not have a single platform that can connect their entire distribution network. This is more so with the medium level industries. We have built a platform for the Automobile industry to connect all dealerships of the automobile OEM to their dealership network. The platform allows the automobile OEM to own and understand each customer better. We are currently working with India Kawasaki Motors, Ducati Motors India and Triumph Motorcycles India on this platform. The solution is cloud based is offered as a SAAS. There are multiple areas of the solution that extend to mobile devices. Now that we have built the base product and created traction, we are now looking to expand the platform to suit other verticals. We are currently evaluating various verticals that have Sales & Service and operate in an OEM-Distributor/Wholeseller-Retailer model.
