We are an IT based Legal Company.We are a team of Chartered Accountants,Company Secretaries,Cost Accountants,Lawyers & IT professionals.We are providing a web based solution to businessmen where they can create GST Compliant Invoices using a simple billing app. The data comes to our cloud and then the operational team sitting in the back office accesses the data, reconciles it and files it to government portal. Thus it is providing a complete outsourcing of GST work. A businessman wants to focus on managing his business and not to get involved in filing of huge tax compliances in GST. We are charging a fixed fee for all India and also giving real time status of work done. We seek to standardise the work of Chartered Accountant who charges different amount from different people and no defined quality of Service. We are providing fixed price and benchmark quality.Our team has worked with Big4s like Ernst & Young and also Certified from IIM Ahmedabad.We have generated employment for more than 40 people in the first month.We seek to do Legal work with the help of IT.We have received award by the Chief Minister of Bihar-Sri Nitish Kumar for being a grooming startup in Bihar and generating employment in the State.We seek to make Bihar a GST Hub and hire students who are queuing up in Banking Coaching Institutes.Our Startup is solving currently the biggest problem in the country faced by businessman in India. GST has rolled out from 1st July 2017 in India. The concepts introduced are the first of it's kind in world. Matching of Invoices, Furnishing of 3 returns in a month.The compliance burden has increased in the ratio of 2:37 in case of service tax payer and 4:37 for VAT payers. HSN codes classification, proper consulting in GST law is the need of hour.Filing of GST Returns & Consultancy.
