This in turn is connected to plethora of e-commerce vendors generating huge demand via a single platform that is made available to the logistics vendors with relevant reach and expertise. InLogg identifies logistics vendors as the primary customers because we are streamlining their operations and removing frictions between them and e-commerce and retail companies. Target customers includes regional courier & logistics vendors that have reach in their respective regional pockets. It also includes the large shipping vendors who handle the line-haul and cross city material movements. InLogg identifies all channels of retail commerce as their key customers because we are solving post order booking logistics problems for them. Target customers include all the e-commerce marketplaces, e-commerce stores and online-offline stores in retail business. InLogg provides a two pronged approach to this problem - B2B aggregator platform and SaaS. InLogg aggregates the bulk of the demand (from e-commerce channels) and supply (from regional logistics vendors) on one platform thus bringing the need for volumes and reach at one place . Using restful API-based platform, InLogg makes it easy for the ecommerce channels to pass shipment to InLogg. InLogg uses proprietary vendor selection logic to allots the shipments to the best logistics partner. InLogg employs customer experience, performance, capacity & cost optimisation based logic to intelligently select best logistics vendor. InLogg focusses on technology based solution to enable the local/regional logistics vendors to handle both forward and reverse e-commerce shipments. InLogg provides cloud based SaaS platform to the logistics vendor to manage shipment lifecycle from booking to delivery, while maintaining the highest level of information on the shipment whereabouts. This includes the web interfaces for the hubs & facilities, mobile apps for the fleet, GPS based tech to track-n-trace and POS equipment for cash management. Using the parallel data, Partners are provided real-time access to dashboards and detailed reports to monitor the performance in their networks. InLogg’s approach thus takes care of the reach (local couriers), reliability (cloud based tech), incapability (SaaS) and cost (marketplace) issues present at this point.
