Innerark Blocktech Private Limited (“Innerark”) was incorporated as a start-up, which has developed an app called ‘KAVACH’, which will help its members to anonymously report any bullying/abuse incident and the respective institutes can take action against such incidents. Innerark was with the following objectives: 1. To carry on the business of developing and maintaining a online web portal or directory for providing details, information, solutions and services related to Education field. 2. To arrange, provide, supply and support the provision of advice, helplines, counselling, sup-port services and the like and to provide and facilitate access to information about mental health care, welfare and support services and facilities, whether local or national with means of information and technology by way of mobile applications, Virtual Reality, Artificial Intelligence and in Metaverse or such other place as technology may enable from time to time. 3. To encourage and promote mental health care and awareness of good mental health and to provide, encourage and facilitate care, welfare and support services and facilities for young people and their families and careers in relation to mental health, including depression and crisis management.
