InnovationM is working on cutting edge technology to build innovative products for companies. Lot of startups, non-tech businesses such as CAs, educationalist, doctors, industrialists and even government have great ideas to build something meaningful but there is a lack a serious product development company in the OPD (Outsourced Product Development) space where InnovationM fills the gap. The focus while building products is not on execution but in ‘preparing for execution’. Execution comes naturally if upfront energy and efforts are spent in interviewing end users and preparing mock-ups of the product. InnovationM is not following the traditional IT model to build software but is leveraging a huge repository of "Solution Accelerators" to create products with the latest platform & technologies and in an efficient manner. Built over a period of time, the time-tested Solution Accelerators has put our product development capability and speed of delivery to the next level. The company has also adopted sound practices of UX/UI Design to create product experiences which are unheard in the space of traditional IT services which focus on just delivery rather than user experience. Our operational model is based on ‘train and train’ principles - Hire Young Talent (Freshers even with less marks), Train them Hard and give product development experience and let them hire new talent and put them into mainstream IT. This cycle is working quite well and bringing good results, and the need is now to expand this further into other domains such as AI, M/L, IoT and Psychometrics.
