Innovative Designs Solution Private Limited We are Innovative Designs Solution (P) Ltd., a Haryana based industrial design and product-technology development company, with specialisation in next gen mobility solutions. We are engaged in the process of phased development of various engineering products. We believe that mobility is the catalyst of growth in the new economy. Accordingly, we chose it as our fundamental area of operation. It was further buttressed by the Indian Government’s National Electric Mobility Mission Plan 2020. The team comprises a professional set of innovators, drawn from the diverse spectrum of Marketing, Engineering, Design, Finance, R&D and Vendor Development, dedicated to developing unique products relevant for the Indian market. The cumulative auto industry specific experience of the team exceeds 125 years. The experience has been gained by working for highly reputed brands of two wheelers, passenger vehicles, and commercial vehicles in India and abroad. Our Philosophy We believe that we have a duty towards our future generations to leave behind a legacy of clean environment so that they can lead a happy and healthy life. This is possible only if the mother earth gets a respite from all the polluting gases now, and is able to recharge its ecosystem. We realize that mobility drives the economic development in the modern world. At the same time, we believe that only clean mobility can deliver a sustained development in the long run. Our Strategy All our activities are focussed around clean mobility solutions. We know that Internal Combustion Engines (ICE) have been driving the world for more than a century. These are not only popular but have become a way of life for the common people. Just as in the nineteenth century people couldn’t think of mobility without horses, the common people today can’t think of mobility without ICEs. These attitudes can’t change overnight. The best strategy is to understand such attitudes and work around those. Understanding of consumer attitudes and behaviours is the bedrock of all our actions in the organization. Our designs are based on deep consumer insights derived from the studies of consumer behaviour, their life situations and their economic conditions. We follow the internal 3C Mantra to its core. We believe that the objective of EVs can never be to create a new market for themselves. Their sole objective has to be the replacement of ICEs, to sustain a green planet. This is possibly only if EVs become a perfect substitute to ICEs in convenience, comfort and cost – 3Cs for short. The cost includes the acquisition as well as the operational cost. Most of the current EVs have failed in one, two or all the three Cs. Our timely entry has enabled us to study their weaknesses and overcome those. Our designs have many firsts that provide a solution to these weaknesses and we are at a stage of filing the patents for those. We can claim with confidence that some of the features developed by us have never been seen in the Indian two-wheeler market. These will take care of the first two Cs – Comfort and Convenience. But it’s the third C – the cost that gives us an unsurpassable edge. We are targeting to keep the acquisition cost at least 30% lower than the current comparable products. With unique features and a lower cost, we have sure winners on our hands. Our designs conform to all the future upcoming ‘AIS’ regulations, and are export compliant for a large part of the global market.
