Ltd. with their vision to come-up with a unique solution have acquired a developed “FBTec®” technology in accordance with the “UN guidelines for Decentralized wastewater treatment” with all the on-site research and implementation done on Indian sites. The technology focuses on wastewater recycling and reuse at source. M/s Innovative Water Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a start-up company focused on wastewater recycle and reuse at source with a vision to make every drop count! Backed by strong promoters; PRN group from Hubballi and CMC group from Belagavi, who have diversified business interests in the field of construction, government contracting, hospitality, vacuum pumps and commutators. Our Jal-Shakti ministry empaneled technology “FBTec®” is the only Indian technology to get recognized as innovative technology for the wastewater treatment, recycle and reuse. FBTec® has been successfully installed at hospitals, schools, colleges, public toilets, government & private institutions, religious places, open nallahs etc.We are working with Rotary on a larger scale where-in USD 2 million worth projects will be implemented across their district where the beneficiaries are Civil Hospitals, Religious places, Hostels, Colleges and Institutions, Public toilets and Open Nallahs etc. Besides “FBTec®” we also have other standard products like “AquAs” unit for Arsenic removal from drinking water and "Ciyara-Saaf-20" for mining vehicle wash wastewater and for recycling of carwash wastewater. Disclaimer:- We wish to inform you that M/s Nixie Engineering Pvt. Ltd. has entered into Technology and Know-how assignment agreement no. 02/TAA-35/March-2022 dated 29/03/2022 with M/s Innovative Water Technologies Pvt. Ltd. for FBTec® , AquAs and Ciyara-Saaf-20 technology. As per the Technology and Know-how assignment agreement M/s Nixie Engineering Pvt. Ltd. has agreed to exclusively and perpetually assign the FBTec®, AquAs and Ciyara-Saaf-20 Technology including all the trademarks, patents, Intellectual Property and Intellectual Property Rights, documentation, contractors, Improvements, Orders and Orders under finalization, Proposal in discussion etc. to M/s Innovative Water Technologies Pvt. Ltd. for manufacturing (themselves or through manufacturing contracts with third parties), marketing (which includes digital marketing, attending water treatment events / Expo, publishing articles in international magazines, getting FBTec® in government tender documents), and selling/distributing (including selling through dealers, participating in government tenders directly or through distributors, building distributor and agent network(s)) the Products based on the Technology in accordance with the terms as set out in this Agreement.
