This is a service at doorstep company dealing with Home, Household and Individuals of a home and the required services. This involves a customer / user and a service partner who has a skill based domain expertise and screened and selected by the company and registered as a service provider. This is gender specific for individual services and also a consultative, customized service by high quality professionals. The customers will have choice to avail both one time service and recurring services in the segments defined, The recurring services will be decided as per the required frequency by the customer ( for eg. for music classes or dance classes at home - customer will be provided with the same gender service provider and there will be a 2 week trail period for both the customer and the service provider to have the right tutorship and studentship. The initial part of introduction and induction will be done with SERVIZLANE customer relationship personnel for these customized services After a detailed research and group discussions with home makers, employed households and individuals across both joint and nuclear families from middle class, upper middle class, affluent class and across Sec A, B & C across more than 4 cities - 2 metros and 2 other cities and also looking at the present market and competition, we wanted to devise a product and service which can be more specific to every need of a family both as part of regular lifestyle requirements and also for emergencies and as part of maintenance. The core strength will be to deliver across each age group across every family as per their needs and also provide convenience to teh head of the family to delegate his / her tasks to the right domain experts at a reasonable cost and also have a more quality time for family and self. Our moto and mission was devised keeping in mind the post pandemic times where many skilled and unskilled experts and the better qualified professionals and jobbers have either lost their jobs or have been working on reduced salaries, especially women who were part of the earning members of the families Our Mission and Objective is to create a healthy mutually rewarding ecosystem to provide high quality service at a reasonable cost to customers and also provide jobs and additional income across the blue collared and white collared serviced which we are planning to offer in each city, in a phased manner We have also designed a customer reward system to provide incentives and gratification for the services they use apart from periodic and festive based offers to avail the services they would want. A well thought out welfare program has been designed for service providers (SERVIZ PARTNERS) which shall provide regular health checks for self, Insurance policies for accidental covers, health and life as per the longevity of their association with the Company. The program also extends this to their immediate family members. The program also provides educational assistance to well deserving students of SERVIZ PARTNERS who cannot afford education to their children. The program also has regular training and development sessions ( 1 per quarter) to enhance the skills and to provide a customer centric service competence. Expert training in entrepreneurial skills to upgrade themselves as better business people and also to provide them with right business analytics to enhance their revenues and also add value to their present business through mentoring and follow up. Our application is designed to be a simple yet customer friendly tool which will be available both on android and IoS play store for easy downloads. Web based interface is also available for both customer & service provider. We are planning to launch in by March 23 as we are in the final stages of bot APK and website completion. Our Launch will be first from Hyderabad and with minimum 5 services in each segment and shall introduce our services regularly to benefit customers' requirement
