Beyond payments, the platform also enables direct chat, audio, and video interactions between merchants and users, creating a seamless ecosystem of discovery, engagement, and transactions. Our initial focus is on college students, working professionals, and small to mid-size merchants in Tier-2 cities where the need for digital convenience and local savings is rapidly increasing. What differentiates Instad is its integration of payments with discovery and engagement — offering users real savings on everyday spends while helping merchants attract and retain customers without high marketing costs.
