VISION :- Deployment of advance technologies like Model based design & high accuracy AI algorithms to enhance the user experience of commonly used control systems in transporta􀆟on, manufacturing. - AI enabled vehicle trac􀆟on drive systems - Embedded hardware and so􀅌ware design, Power electronics. - AI enabled hybrid drive-train – To achieve ultra high fuel economy. - AI enabled vehicle safety system, driver safety and road safety – Passenger alertness, Vehicle health, dynamic road & traffic condi􀆟on assessment. PROBLEM :- EV & hybrid vehicles controllers today are just inverters and are not all that intelligent. Poor efficiency and generalised power delivery so􀅌ware leads to more energy consump􀆟on in many undesirable situa􀆟ons. 90% of EVs are built with assembly of discrete components sourced from different manufacturers thus the net system build-up is not very efficient and unsynchronised. Electrical simula􀆟on of an EV system is scarce as many suppliers do not eighter posses a system model or do not furbish the same. This approach does not take into considera􀆟on, the precise electrical and mechanical parameters of the 3rd party sourced components. SOLUTIONCASE- 1 – Embedded design & power electronics. Our EV controllers are built from the approach of MODEL BASED DESIGN-  They are more efficient as precise models of EV MOTOR & Ba􀆩ery are imported in the model to simulate and generate the embedded control system so􀅌ware.  These Controllers are all-in-1 control systems (inverter + supervisory + auxiliary control) elimina􀆟ng mul􀆟ple hardware systems thus impar􀆟ng a cost efficient and integrated system architecture.  Model based design helps in efficiently simula􀆟ng the effect of system parameters, control logic, hardware architecture before actually deploying the code.  The employ AI models like “Reinforcement Learning “ which further enhances the control accuracy and thus system efficiency.  The AI model also enhances the performance.
