Inverix Innovations Private Limited is a Bangalore-based B2B SaaS company, incorporated in May 2026. We are building the digital trust layer for India's contract workforce economy. India has over 50 million contract work engagements every year across manufacturing, logistics, and quick commerce. Three parties are involved in each engagement: the principal employer, the contractor, and the worker. None of them currently share a common data layer. The principal employer bears 100% of the legal liability but cannot verify whether their contractors have settled PF and ESIC. The contractor manages compliance manually, in spreadsheets and WhatsApp. The worker has no visibility into whether their PF has been deposited and no portable credential to carry from one job to the next. After months of primary customer discovery across 50+ manufacturing units and 100+ contractors, one finding was consistent: compliance is discovered after the fact, not prevented. A senior HR leader at a listed auto-parts manufacturer put it this way: "Our tools show violations after the fact. We have no way to catch them before payroll. If Inverix can gate payroll on compliance, that changes everything." A single compliance audit at a prior company found 626 violations. The retroactive fix cost Rs.3 crore. Inverix sits between the principal employer, the contractor, and the worker. Our platform covers the full contract workforce lifecycle: hire, onboard, manage, pay, comply, and exit. Compliance intelligence is embedded at every stage. The onboarding stage specifically includes UIDAI integration and the Digital Worker Passport, both designed into the product architecture from day one.
