Headquartered in Mangalore, a tier 2 city, the company was incorporated in the year 2008 to provide digital solutions to the healthcare ecosystem. The company launched AyusCare, a cloud based data management platform in the year 2016 to manage end to end activities of a diagnostic laboratory. Hospitals and laboratories use the LIMS part of the platform, called AyusLab to achieve efficiency in their operations and offer quality reports to doctors and patients. It also helps them to reduce cost through automation and increase revenue through better customer retention. Patients use the app Ayuscare to view status of their reports and to make payments to their bills. The app has more than 1 lakh downloads on the playstore. The company has over 750 healthcare providers as their customers who pay on a monthly basis to avail the service. Products portfolio - LIMS for laboratory : Streamlines diagnostic activities in a healthcare center by offering system to record patients, enter results, approve and deliver reports. Interfacing for medical devices : This product automates medical devices where the software controls the device and instructs what tests to be performed on what sample and fetches the report as soon as the sample is processed. The company has interfaced over 182 analyzers with the LIMS. HIS for hospitals : This system manages all activities in a hospital. Is is comprised of the following modules OP, Admissions, Insurance and IP, Accounting, Laboratory, PACS, Kardex and Nursing, Pharmacy and inventory. EMR for clinics : Electronic medical record with appointments, custom prescription templates, integrated e-prescription pad and video calling for tele-consultation. RIS for tele-radiology : A cloud based PACS for X-Ray, CT and MRI scan reporting. It is used by the radiologists to analyze case and report it online. The system saves time and money by providing access to studies anywhere anytime. AyusCare app for patients : This app is used by patients to store and analyze their medical records, book appointments and order medicines. AyusCare Business Intelligence : This is a unique patient engagement solutions for health providers. It classifies patients based on their medical needs and tailors communication and tweaks pricing accordingly. Doctors will be able to group patients as chronic and help them to offer timely and effective treatment.
