This Coimbatore-based startup facilitates affordable co-living in major Indian cities. Started in 2017 by Gilbert James Lourduraj and Kripalakshmi Rajamani, ISTHARA differentiates itself by adding a layer of technology and services to an existing sector. As of today, we have fully operational in Hyderabad , Bengaluru and NCR with more than 25 properties, 2500+ beds on triple, double and Single sharing basis with monthly rents ranging between Rs 8500 to 25000. ISTHARA technology and services based platform is built on the concept of comfort, convenience and community living. It entails co-living in an environment where the tenant’s experience is more important than simple living. This platform offers comfortable and affordable living solutions to the working executives and students. The needs of the tenants are fully managed by ISTHARA and that’s what differentiates ISTHARA from other players in the segment who are simple technology based aggregators. Tenants don't have to deal with landlords or shell out a significant sum in deposits, advances and expensive rentals. Accommodation provided by ISTHARA is completely managed, hassle-free and residents enjoy the comfort of living in quality living spaces with amenities including branded furniture, furnishings, appliances along with dedicated house keeping, catering and laundry services. All premises have facilities such as Social area, Gym, Indoor Games, Vending machines etc. ISTHARA’s events team arranges weekend social activities like fun zumba sessions, music nights, stand up comedy shows, sports tournaments etc to facilitate the interaction between the residents and improve the community living.
