Mihuru is building a financial services platform to empower the Indian millennial to make better financial decisions through goal based spends. Our journey has started with the millennial traveller persona as travel is a high priority, large expense. Today, Indian millennials don't have enough saved up to be able to afford expensive flights. By the time they save, airfares would have shot up, leading to more spends. We enable Indian millennials to travel by spreading the cost over months. They can lock in low airfares months in advance of planned travel without having the cash on-hand to pay the large upfront costs. The travel cost is paid off in instalments before they fly, even saving upto 40% on airfare. This enables these millennials to take their first international trip or avoid the hassles of traveling by train, without taking on any burden of expensive debt.
