Our Company, JADEJA BROTHERS GAIN SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED incorporated on 27.06.2023, is established to help small and medium businesses to cater to their requirements in establishment and running its business smoothly. We aim to help businesses by providing necessary funds to them. In our nation, fund availability is a major concern. Businessman either do not get any loans or if they do, they have to pay high rates of interest. If the businessman fails to pay the installment, it results in business failure, lack of credibility in the market and loss of property. Our Company is established to resolve this problem. We will provide funds to the business after assessing about its business thoroughly, and in consideration of the funds provided, we will become an active partner of the entity to whom funds are being provided by us. Our main objective is businessman should not be overburdened with debt pressures. Thus, we shall provide the funds to the businesses, and in return we shall become partner in the firm. We shall not charge a single penny of interest from the businessman nor shall demand any collaterals in return for the funds provided. If the businessman incurs profit, he/she has to provide a fixed percentage of profit share to us and in the event of loss, nothing has to be paid. Hence, this approach shall help businessman in running their businesses successfully and smoothly. Apart from this, we shall also impart necessary guidance, mentorship and support to the businessman.
