Jadu Ride was established on 27th May 2022 in Guwahati, Assam, India. It is the first-ever cab service company in the world to have used novel and innovative technology in a manner that utilizes the latest equipment and tech assistance. Jadu Ride is an aggregator service that aims to revolutionize the way people travel.Jadu Ride’s entire business model revolves around our drivers, ensuring that they are at the center of all our operations. With our unique zero system like 0% commission & ₹0 cancellation policy, we ensure that our drivers can maximize their earnings from every single ride. We believe in empowering our drivers with the tools, support, and resources that they need to succeed.At Jadu Ride, we take pride in providing the best cab service and best earning for our drivers. Our transparent and driver-centric approach sets us apart in the industry, and we strive to provide the most favorable conditions for drivers to thrive professionally. Background- The idea of Jadu Ride started budding when the pandemic hit and left the majority of the world’s population jobless, clueless, and in deep turmoil. One such profession that suffered vigorously was our drivers. The consequences of this were so drastic that the drivers had to resort to extreme measures due to the burden of their monthly EMIs, house rents, and personal fuel expenses. During this time of uncertainty and global chaos, our drivers started seeking an alternative means of employment, The Axom Group of companies took notice of all the issues concerning reliable employment opportunities for drivers and the lack of affordable and convenient cab services available for customers, and as a solution to these problems while deriving some inspiration from the “VOCAL FOR LOCAL” initiative Jadu Ride came into existence. The creators of Jadu Ride while framing it took into consideration the fact that most established aggregators have designed their company policy in a manner where no matter whether the demand for cabs is low or high, it is the company that ultimately benefits from it. Another issue that often resurfaces is how the currently established aggregators do not provide the drivers an opportunity to voice their concerns and be heard, the committees that look into the driver’s complaints do not really cater to their needs. Through Jadu Ride the Axom Group of companies has provided a ground-level system of management ensuring an effective flow of communication. By introducing Sathi, District Admin, and State Admin Jadu Ride plans to guide our drivers, offering employment opportunities to all and combating unemployment. Ever since its inception, the primary focus of Jadu Ride has been on making the driving profession easier, more profitable, and more transparent than it was with most aggregators before Jadu Ride. The recession of the driving force during and after the pandemic evidently caused chaos in this reliable profession and hence, our creators have come up with a solution to this with Jadu Ride. Jadu Ride was born out of the pressing challenges posed by pricing manipulation, unionism, and a lack of reliable options in the taxi service industry. Developed by the Axom Group of Companies, Jadu Ride introduces a unique system with a Saathi who comprehends the ground realities to cater to the needs of our drivers. This innovative approach aims to benefit both drivers and passengers, offering enhanced accessibility, affordability, and dependability in the cab service industry.
