To carry on in India or elsewhere the business of production processing, harvesting, grading, handling, preserving, brewing, vinting, drying, distilling, canning, packaging, marketing, resource development, storage, bottling, packing, trading of the produce of its members, provided that the Producer Company may carry on any of the activities specified in this clause either by itself or through other institution and to manufacture, sale or supply of equipment, machinery, farm machinery, farm tools and consumables to its producer members, and to carry on the business of farming, horticulture, floriculture, sericulture, aquaculture, dairies, cultivators of all kinds of food grains, seeds and fruits and act as a traders, exporters and sellers and dealers in products of farming, dairy, horticulture, floriculture, sericulture and pisciculture and all finished and by products produced from such produce and to undertake organic production program, processing and certification, export and trade business (as per National and International norms & standards) of all agricultural, horticultural, vegetables, crops and dairy products their allied forms, by the members of the company and to render technical services, consultancy services, training, research and resource development activities such as soil and moisture conservation, land and water usage development, watershed development and all other related activities for increase of productivity and promotion of the interests of its members and agriculturalists and to enable Generation, transmission and distribution of power, conservation and communication relatable to primary produce, revitalization of land and water resources and also to enable producers to get insured themselves, members, employees livestock and other productive assets and primary produce and to promote the techniques of mutuality and mutual assistance, including thrift and RD, FD, MIS & savings among members and farmer groups and collaboration.
