Objective: - jaivik seva kendra will be one stop solutions for the farmers. From soil testing to certified organic fertlizers will be provided there. Training of farmers, exposure visit and market linkage will be main. The objective is to create rural employment and agriprenuer, every Jaivik Seva Kendra will give 2-3 person employment directly and 1 agriprenuer and indirectly more employment will be generated. The Jaivik Seva Kendra will also be established by rural youths. Methods: - The farm production where Jaivik Seva Kendra is located, it will be supplied to small towns in a model of HortiStore establishment, where also employment will be generated. The HortiStore will also be opened by local youths and the role of middleman will be finished from time to time. The farmers will get more benefit by direct supplying to HortiStore, consumer will get more benefit because there will be no other channel by which produce are been supplied to the market. Results: - Farmers will be benefited they will be able to decide the rate of their produce. In every Jaivik Seva Kendra some people will employed. In every HortiStore people will be employed. Consumer will get best rate. Conclusion: - Now consumers are ready to pay best prices for organic produce. Farmers will get higher return on farm produce. Organic farming will enrich the soil health. Reducing the cost of production at the farm level. Above all maintain the productivity and production of the farm. Availability of organically certified manures growth promoters, fertilizers and organic pesticides at affordable prices. This project can be linked to MUDRA YOJANA for especially rural areas.
