We have developed our own GPS/GNSS or DGPS system under Make in India scheme. The main motive of Developing Indian DGPS(Differential Glbal Positioning System) is focus upon the industries and public enterprises while generating employment in India. Our mission is "Manufacture in India and sell the products worldwide". We have done R&D on Indigenous GNSS system in our lab and have successfully got excellent results. The product we have named Janak Megh. Janak Megh is the first low cost RTK GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) receiver developed under "Make-in-India" initiative. It utilises the Real Time Kinematics (RTK) Technique for achieving the centimeter level accuracies and state of the art 167 channel RTK engine, used in the receiver, provides precision positions at much lower cost. Janak Megh is equipped with an integrated UHF hassle free near real time communication (latency close to zero sec) between Base and Rover receivers for shorter distances. Longer distances (10-100 km) can be covered using GPRS data transfer technique using internet communication. In order to cut down the cost further, the Base and Rover receivers are controlled using standard Tablets or laptops. JANAK MEGH Compatibility with software's like "GNSS Viewer", "Field Genius" etc and its compact design, longer battery life, portability makes it very useful for Surveying, Navigation, Precision farming machine controls etc.
