1. Indian Jewellery industry is one of the most unorganised and family run -generational business where most of the jewellers are working the same old traditional way, manufacturing every piece one by one. They Lack awareness about advanced manufacturing and scaling techniques and this where jewelshala comes into picture, educating jewellers about the modern advanced methods of scalling. 2. Demand and supply of skilled labor in jewellery industry- Jewelelry industry is one of the fastest growing sector and with growth comes the demand for more man power. With so much unemployment existing around we as an organisation are able to manage to recruit right resources and assist the industry by bridging the gap. 3. Up skilling resources for Resuming career in jewellery industry- Jewellery being an emerging career option, there are very limited options when it comes to restarting the career in the same field with more enthusiasm and support, particulary focusing on aspirants who cannot move out from their work space, home find it very difficult to find the right hand holding when trying to stand again.This is where jewelshala comes into picture and provide proper guidance and support for indivisual requirments.
