Innovation Jivada Ventures Private Limited (“The Company) is a culmination of passion and dream of its four women founders who envision a family and friendly world where sustainable, organic ecosystem co-exist with leisure and wellness. Our focus is on providing world class wellness resorts which are child and family friendly. Our intention is to work with local community for sustainable sourcing of products, train and employ local people and develop eco-tourism in and around areas which have not been developed. Improvement Odisha is a land of beautiful and scenic places and has a 500km long coastline, various lakes, wildlife, monuments, temples, monasteries, art, handicrafts and a real treasure for tourism, which have not been fully developed. The Company will venture into eco wellness resorts and will generate employment by training and employing local people to provide the requisite services. Odisha does not have wellness resort in spite having required flora and fauna. The Company intends to l develop a holistic, sustainable eco wellness resort along with ‘Farm to Table’ organic farming by involving and encouraging the employment amongst the local communities. Scalability The Company will start with building and planning wellness eco resort in Odisha, then gradually venture pan India and aims to create a unique brand for eco resorts. Validation The Company being recently incorporated is yet to start the business of developing and creating a brand of eco resorts.
