Introduction: The company is a manufacturing and export company in the production and trade of international quality Rubber mats and also has tied up with JM Posner UK to manufacture and supply specialised catering equipments in the year ..... Business Activity 1. Rubber Mat: Manufacture door mat, develop new design based on customer requirement and also develop new application based mat. Focus on durability , aesthetic design and environmental sustainability. The mats are made from recycled rubber, Product compound is developed in- house based on customer application and requirement. 2. Catering Equipment. Manufacture and export Chocolate fountain, Waffle machine, Churro machine, and such specialised catering equipment. Has tied up with JM Posner UK to design and produce products based on their requirement, All equipments are designed with CAD and prototype are made, validated, send to UK for field test and then introduced. Future Plan: The company at present employees ...... staff and also outsource 50% production with Janatha Machine giving direct full time employment for ...... ( Janatha Machine) . The company plan is to convert 100% in-house production and has good potential to employee close to 100 staff for production in another 2 to 3 year. The company exports its product to UK, USA, Qatar , Dubai and also mats are supplied to many leading rubber mat exporters. The company goal is to add more equipment like laser cutting machine , VMC , more number of rubber press etc which would help in development and production of more range of mats and equipment’s.. Maximise in-house production apart from development.
