JobsForHer is an online platform that enables women to accelerate their careers by connecting to jobs, community, mentoring, reskilling and networking. Founded by Neha Bagaria and launched on International Women's Day, March, 2015, JobsForHer arms women, not just with jobs but also with career-related services such as mentorship, resume-writing assistance, career counseling, confidence-building and leadership workshops, skills upgradation and networking opportunities, to enable them to successfully navigate their professional journeys. The dynamic venture works on a freemium model, i.e. companies are welcome to post job openings for free on the platform. We can customise promotional packages to attract more applications for these jobs through various strategic solutions to small, medium and large companies to help them recruit, retain and engage women on our platform by promoting their job profiles, running recruitment drives, diversity and inclusion programs, reskilling programs, returnee internship programs, building their diversity branding, and more, depending on what they need.
