Jobsnagar is a local job portal helping businesses in tier 3 cities hire people from their local city. The basic problem this portal solves is that it is city specific and remains focussed on tier 3 city which is not the case with other job portals. Even after multiple job portals being in existence, tier 3 businesses and candidates were not able to effectively solve their hiring and job finding problem.
