Joyaa is an innovative mobile app aimed to revolutionize the way the logistics sector functions in India. Joyaa provides a platform where a sender can connect with multiple cargo vehicle owners (transporters) directly to get their cargo delivered from the source location to the destination. The sender can also connect directly with their known cargo vehicle owners to get the cargo delivered while taking advantage of all the benefits that Joyaa provides. We built Joyaa to digitize the logistics sector in India. Due to traditional business practices, most cargo vehicle owners have access to an extremely limited pool of senders and vice versa. Our idea was to provide a platform where both the cargo sender and the cargo vehicle owner can access a platform where they can connect with multiple vendors with transparency, eliminating the dominance of players who enjoy most of the visibility due to their high capital investments. Through Joyaa even those cargo vehicle owners who have just a single cargo delivery vehicle will get access to participate in bidding contracts equally. Along with these, Joyaa also aims to tackle other prevailing issues in the sector. We hope to help society in a meaningful way.
