In their own words

JPC Agro Products Private Limited is incorporated on the 22nd of February 2023. The company was promoted by its directors Mr. Makhan Lal, Mrs. Asha Rani, and Mr. Tej Pratap Singh Cheema. The main object of incorporation of the company is to provide the best possible hygienic environment which satisfies all the standards of quality in the market. The company is established with two major visions, • The main vision is to offer solvent rice brain oil, de-oiled rice bran, mustard oil and de-oiled mustard cake that has very high demand in the market. This is to ensure that the best quality solvent oil & products should reach the customer. • The other vision is that both the promoters of this company are very much interested in the Solvent Industry and want to establish an enterprise equipped with modern technologies of solvent and upgraded plants and machinery. It completes the vision of promoters of providing a comfortable solvent oil process and a healthy environment. The new solvent oil production line of the company has been developed from a growing need to cater to aware consumers who are demanding solvent oil in good and hygienic condition. The first step is the preparation of raw material, the raw material, such as rice bran and seeds to a uniform size to increase the surface area and facilitate the extraction process. After that, the crushed material is then fed into an extractor which may be a continuous or batch process where a solvent such as hexane is used to dissolve the oil or other valuable compounds from the material. The solvent-oil mixture also known as miscella, is then separated from the solid material using a series of filters or screens. Then desolventization is started, and the solvent-oil mixture is then heated in a distillation unit to remove the solvent, leaving behind the concentrated oil or other desired product. According to the nature of the raw materials, the miscella has 10% to 18% content oil. Firstly, the solvent is separated from the mixture by carrying out distillation inside heat exchangers, maintaining vacuum conditions. In an atomizer, on the top and at the jacketed column, the hot oil is sprayed and an open steam is injected at the bottom for further processing. Non-condensable gases with mostly air get into the system during the processes like extraction, drying, and distillation. These gases can cause damage to the system, and thus, have to be vented out. For this, an adsorption system is attached through which the vent gases are passed. In this adsorption system, there is a vegetable oil that completely adsorbs the solvent traces in the gases. A regular check on the oil has to be carried out for the presence of volatiles and as per the requirements, has to be rejected when these levels become perceptible. The de-oiled meal is finally transferred to the finishing unit, where it is cooled by air before bagging and packing. The Company has created a market leadership position for itself in the branded solvent segment in Powayan through a robust network. The Company is committed to upholding institutional structures that empower milk producers and farmers through equitable processes. A significant portion of its income is plowed back into the value chain to support and maintain the system.

The neighbourhood

This record carries no locality line, so the district is the finest ring we can place it in.

What we do not know

We have no liveness signal for any company on this site: no filings feed, no revenue, no check that the website still resolves. A record existing here means a record exists, not that a business is trading.
