JPJ OFFSHORES PRIVATE LIMITED is a newly incorporated company. The company was formed by Sh. Arihant Jain & Sidharth Jain & registered with registrar of companies Delhi & Haryana vide registration number U74999HR2018PTC076930 on 15-11-2018. Both the directors are brother and young entrepreneur. To expand the business both the brother decided to incorporate a new company with the object of trading, manufacturing, import & export of Nuts. The main object of the company is trading, manufacturing, import & export of nuts. In the initial state company will start with to de-shell almonds. To run the unit company has already taken on lease factory land and building bearing 287 measuring 450 squre meters situated in the industrial estate HSIIDC Barhi from Sh. Arihant Jain & Sidharth Jain directors of the company with a monthly rent of Rs. 10000/- The building is fully constructed as per norms of HSIIDC and sufficient to fulfill the need of future production. HSIIDC is an industrial HUB established by Govt. of Haryana. No need for CLU. The Industrial area is situated on NH44 previously known as G.T. Road. The distance from the Delhi is approx. 55 Km. No major machinery is required however company has already installed the required machinery from its own sources. Required power connection has already been obtained from Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam. The unit is situated in the Industrial Area of HSIIDC Barhi. District Sonipat. Sufficient skilled and unskilled labor is available. The distance of the unit from National capital delhi is 55 KM and 15 KM from sonepat District Head quarter.
