JS Infotech Private Limited was Incorporated in the year 2014 wide CIN U72200KA2014PTC073040 with a Vision to serve our Nation by providing valuable Engineering and software services. Our business is expanded in the verticals a) Auto PN Exchange systems for Non interlocked LC gates in Engineering departments in various divisions of INDIAN Railways b) Signalling & Telecommunication works, Electrical equipment (Supply, Installation and Maintenance) in various divisions of Indian Railway. Our Special Innovation in area of safety in Indian Railways. Our Special Innovation in the area of safety in Indian Railways is Auto Private number generation system at non interlocked level crossing (LC) gates in Indian Railways. Brief Background: There have been several cases where a non-interlocked level crossing gates has been found open in the face of approaching train. It is only the alertness of the running staff that has prevented an accident form taking place. Many times a serious accident took place due to non-closing of level crossing gates while the train was passing through the gate. No amount of counselling or safety drives has been able to eliminate the occurrences which has become a serious cause of worry, both for Indian railways and public at large. One of the main causes for the gate remaining open has been that Gate man has exchanged the private number(PN) with station master confirming that he has closed the gate where as he had not done so, there after forgot to close the gate. There is nothing in the railways system presently that ensures that the gateman exchanged the PN only after closing the gate. JS Infotech Pvt Ltd has studied the complete operation of Non-Interlocked LC gates in Indian Railways and proposed a cloud based application, by this station master will come to know the Status of the Non-Interlocked LC gate whether it is closed or open without the intervention of gate man automatically before dispatching the train. To this extent JS Infotech Pvt Ltd presented above solution to Chief Operating Manager (COM) in SCR Zone and got the concurrence of all the stake holders to install this system on trail basis in two divisions i.e. at Guntakal division and secunderabad division. After various modifications and successful trails Railway board has directed the Zonal Chief Safety officers and RDSO to implement this system across all the Non- Interlocked LC gates in India. JS Infotech Pvt Ltd has participated in all the tenders and stood L1 for supply and installation of Auto PN exchange system in SCR Division, Lucknow Northern Railway and Asansol Eastern Railway. Over all 200+ LC gates. Future Potential and creation of Employment: There are approximately 12,000 Non interlocked LC gates in all 70 Railway divisions across India. Scope Of Employment: There is huge scope for offering jobs to many skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled man power to carry out the installation, testing, commissioning and Annual Maintenance activities. Conclusions: After incorporation of our company JS Infotech Pvt Ltd with registers of companies, we took the initiation driven by passion for developing the Auto PN Exchange system for non-interlocked LC gates in Indian Railways. The journey took over 6 years from concept to true final product development upto commercialization. All documentation towards this innovation and various communication with Indian Railways officials, approvals, purchase orders, LOA's shall be submitted in the next stage.
