To assist in the education programs for children and to collaborate with state education board, central education board, universities or any other entity(ies) to facilitate their students and/ or its customers/users with products and services of the Company. To acquire, establish, run or otherwise manage in India or in any part of the world the business of play- schools, pre-schools, kindergarten and Day Care Centres.
