Because of this, many useful items remain unused at home or are sold at very low value. Jusswap is designed to remove these problems by managing the entire process from start to finish. The platform allows users to buy, sell, swap, and donate items across multiple categories such as electronics, furniture, appliances, books, lifestyle products, and household goods. Unlike traditional marketplaces, Jusswap handles pickup from the seller, performs basic verification of the item, manages delivery to the buyer, and ensures buyers can inspect the product before making payment. This creates a safe and reliable system for both buyers and sellers. Jusswap also supports direct swaps where users can exchange products without using money, making value exchange easier and more flexible. In addition, the donation feature helps users give unused items to people in need, including children, low-income families, and differently-abled individuals, creating both economic and social impact. The business operates on a transaction-first model where revenue is generated through service fees, delivery charges, and platform commissions on successful transactions.
