Jyothsna VR Services (Here in after called “JVR”) is a skilled and dynamic company engaged in Consulting services, primarily concentrating on Bridging the gap of requirements in Services, Manufacturing, Allied Industries for Semiskilled & Unskilled workforce thereby offer cost effective solutions to all employers, regardless of size, to ensure that all business can get quality staff affordably. The organization intends catering to Various Sectors ranging from Manufacturing to Hospitality , Tourism , Infra Structure and other allied industries that has intense concentration has high Man Power Intensive requirements typically mix of Blue collar , Skilled, Semi-Skilled , Unskilled work force with JVR focusing primarily on bringing an integrated approach for companies / Firms / Organizations to recruit Skilled , Semi-Skilled , Unskilled ( here in after called “JVR Trio “) thereby providing a sustainable employment generation to this large unorganized sector at the same time delivering timely and valuable HR solutions to prospective clients at optimum costs which makes their businesses stay competitive and scalable Scope of the proposed Project The proposed Set up envisaged by JVR aims to bridge this existing JVR Trio work force into suitable organizational set ups by acting as an intermediary of recruitment for Industries with transparent mechanism for establishments to know the available work force in their location / area of business within a predefined radius. This ensures local job generation activity in organized way where in An Enterprise at the click of button using JVR tools can access their manpower requirements for scheduling their manufacturing in accordance with their client requirements at the same time with optimal cost and transparent rate card system which is available for everyone to see. Objectives of the project a) Setting up of an Integrated Mobile / web application which has essential data related to JVR Trio work force available area wise. b) To Provide an integrated web application for Enterprises to visualize their manpower sourcing pertaining to JVR trio and fill them suitably, adequately by shopping this on JVR web application portal. Team JVR has done extensive study on following aspects while making this project report. The Study broadly covered: a) For the scope of this project, JVR has classified sectors which shall be focussed for deployment of this application. b) Classification of Skill requirement for sector specifics c) Classification of Skill requirement for sector specifics.
