The vision is that, in five years, every small business owner—from kirana shops to local manufacturers—should be able to run and grow their company just by chatting on WhatsApp, without needing to understand English, use complex apps, or hire expensive help. What sets Kaash apart is its WhatsApp-only, agentic, and deeply localized approach. Unlike alternatives like Zoho or Tally, which require switching platforms and a steep learning curve, Kaash meets business owners where they are, requiring no new app installs or English proficiency. The AI proactively suggests actions (like what to post to attract more customers), automates follow-ups, tracks sales, handles accounting, and offers insights—all designed for India’s hyper-local business realities.
