Nature of business & value proposition Whielo is a two-sided marketplace that: • Aggregates verified service providers and parts sellers into a single discovery, booking and fulfilment flow. • Standardizes service offerings into transparent SKUs (inspection, consumables replacement, major repair, EV battery checks), improving quality and trust. • Uses telematics and owner inputs to offer predictive service reminders and priced bundled recommendations (reducing downtime for fleets). • Integrates supply-chain features (bulk parts procurement & just-in-time delivery) to improve margins for workshops and reduce lead times for customers.
