Our mission is to create a greener, cleaner India by turning organic waste into valuable resources and empowering communities to practice sustainable cultivation. What We Do At the heart of Plant and Grow’s operations is our use of advanced organic waste converter machines. These machines efficiently convert food waste from households and businesses into pathogen-free, nutrient-rich soil within 24 hours. Our vermicompost is uniquely infused with charcoal (biochar), improving soil health and locking carbon in the ground. This innovation not only revitalizes soil but also enables us to generate carbon credits, contributing actively to climate change mitigation. We supply a diverse range of gardening products, and landscaping services for homes, businesses, and public spaces. Beyond products, we foster environmental awareness through digital education and community engagement initiatives to promote eco-friendly gardening practices. Expanding Our Impact Plant and Grow is expanding into complementary ventures that align with our sustainability goals. We are entering mushroom cultivation, offering a nutritious and resource-efficient crop that supports local food security and new income streams. Additionally, we plan to produce fruit powders for food, health, and cosmetic industries, adding value to local produce. We will also manufacture aloe vera gel and powder to tap into the wellness and herbal product markets, further diversifying our offerings.
