KAN Deep Labs is building FashLogic — an AI-powered fashion recommendation, visual search, and virtual try-on platform for fashion retail and personal care. Existing solutions rely on Market Basket Analysis, which lacks personalisation and ignores regional fashion preferences. Virtual try-on tools operate in isolation without integrated recommendation engines, and no commercial solution supports lighting-aware try-on or multi-input AI generation. FashLogic enables users to search for dresses and outfits by image or text, and discover compatible accessories, footwear, jewellery, and lipstick shades that pair well with the selected outfit. The platform currently leverages Claude and Gemini AI models for recommendation and image generation, with a proprietary multi-input AI model under active development — designed to accept multiple product images, a user image, and text prompts simultaneously for personalised virtual try-on. Planned capabilities include lighting-aware try-on under day, night, indoor, and outdoor conditions. FashLogic is live at fashlogic.com and in active testing phase, available as an API for e-commerce integration. Eevolushion (eevolushion.com), a luxury fashion e-commerce platform live with an initial catalogue, is being onboarded as the first pilot client for FashLogic's virtual try-on API. The platform operates on a B2B2C SaaS model with a freemium subscription for end users and affiliate revenue through major e-commerce integrations, targeting India's growing ₹3 lakh crore fashion e-commerce market by 2030.
