"The problem 1 is the gap between customers and many industrial manufacuteres and retailers , suppliers find hard to deliver their products safely to destination by road at high risk. Due to lack of poor road infrastructure in many areas , though it is improving day by day by the Government . The mode of transport by road is done nearly 60%, in India. Well experienced drivers save time to reach out to customers soon, cost cutting of transport can be reduced. One way time of goods is done by most of the transportand return empty loaded trucks ,to avoid this we can collaborate with many firms and grow business equally . For ex ( If one truck is delivery products from loaction A to B, after loading the goods the truck should return in empty , this is the case with almost 80% of transport company , to avoid this, collaboration and co-operation with different firms may brought into practice, Problem 2 : If any of the customer orders on ecommerce website , the order takes 5-7 working days of time to deliver the product , there are chances of getting wrong product or damaged one while processes the goods should maintained or handled well enough, Reverse logistics takes place it takes much more time than usual to reach out to its customers, here's the gap to solve this issue. Problem: Warehouse and Inventory activities are not in the use of advanced technology as Robotics and Automation which can make ease of working in the warehouse smartly and a high probability of less skilled labor in the warehouse. Problem 3: Wastage of resources such as packaging materials, to pack a product excess use of plastic and paper and improper packaging, and cost-cutting can be reduced by making it in a well-planned manner and much more efficiently. Problem 4: Pollution emissions of CO2 and Nitrogen from trucks. Problem 5: Shortage of experienced Drivers in the market. Problem 6: Lack of POD (Proof of delivery), no updates regarding the destination of product updates. Problem 6: Adaptation of Digitalization of business. Problem 7: Reverse Logistics as of product ordered e-commerce website, when customers return or do not accept the order. Problem 8: Improving Business Service: When in this kind of business the planning and operations must be greater than expected. we must give the freedom to employees and managers to execute their ideas for better improvement of the business. Problem 9: Sustainability: With the constant wear and tear of the trucks, and the emission reduction regulations by the government, it becomes a challenge for logistics companies to sustain themselves in the market. Problem 10: Cutting Transportation Costs: Transportation constitutes the major part of the business with logistics covering almost 1/3rd of the expenses. Adding to it the fluctuating fuel prices and maintenance can make it go up. Problem 11: Manpower Availability: Trained manpower is necessary for both Third-party logistics sector as well as the manufacturing and retailing sectors, which is very weak and needs attention. Problem 12: Poor Warehousing and Storage: Poor facilities and management are to blame for high levels of loss, damage, and deterioration of stock, especially in the perishables sector. Part of the problem is insufficient specialist equipment, i.e. proper refrigerated storage, and containers, but it is also partly down to a lack of training.
