“MediVaah” is Kasukarthi Healthcare Private Limited’s first Innovation, our primary objective is to remove information asymmetry between availability of Medical professionals & opportunities in Healthcare institutions and consumers; And to streamline identification and selection of resources in the easiest manner for the manpower requirement in hospitals. For Hospitals : MediVaah is a map based solution interface for Medical Institutions for their resource planning,selection,optimization and resource utilization. The platform acts as a pool from which the institutes can select based on various parameters and place them with an accelerated onboarding process which enables efficiency by eliminating time in searching, sourcing, selecting through various channels, this reduces the cost of handling a large recruitment team to handle the attrition in Nursing and Doctors profiles and significantly reduces the time taken to recruit any medical professional. For Medical Professionals: MediVaah enables medical professionals to list their availability for part time consulting , hourly, weekly and monthly basis along with the associated costs for their services. For Patients: MediVaah is the magnifying lens to find the best Doctors, Nurses and any other medical professionals they are in need of for Medical services in their own locality at all times.
