K-Go (Kavacha Sethu Private Limited) is an innovative mobility and delivery technology startup designed to disrupt the traditional aggregator ecosystem through a revolutionary zero-commission model. Our vision is to create a fair, transparent gig economy by operating entirely on an industry-lowest, flat-rate subscription basis for both gig-workers and merchants. In the traditional ride-hailing and delivery sectors, high per-transaction commissions drastically reduce partner earnings and inflate consumer prices. K-Go solves this by eliminating per-ride and per-order commissions completely. For drivers, our direct-to-driver model means they pay a minimal subscription fee and keep 100% of their trip earnings, resulting in significantly higher, predictable incomes. We are also extending this transparent model to the food and local delivery sector. Restaurants and merchants can partner with us for a low-cost, flat subscription rather than paying exorbitant 20-30% per-order aggregator commissions. Because our drivers and restaurant partners retain their full revenue, they are empowered to offer their services at lower, more competitive prices. This translates directly to less cost for the end customer, creating a highly efficient, win-win-win ecosystem. To support this massive, multi-vertical scale, K-Go is powered by a robust, high-concurrency GCP cloud architecture engineered to process 30,000 concurrent requests and seamlessly support up to 100,000 drivers. By integrating production-grade, highly localized regional mapping APIs for South India, we ensure superior routing and efficiency. Ultimately, K-Go is leveraging highly scalable technology to maximize driver and merchant wealth while minimizing consumer costs.
