Company has conceived project of manufacturing Compressed Bio Gas and Bio Fertilizers under 'SATAT’ (Sustainable Alternative Towards Affordable Transportation) scheme for Compressed Bio Gas (CBG) launched by Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas. The scheme is aimed to reduce dependence of fossil fuels and efficient solution for disposal of bio mass and municipal wastes. Considering the amount of biomass generated in the country, CBG has the potential to replace Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) in automotive, industrial and commercial uses in the coming years. The scheme aims to invite potential entrepreneurs to setup CBG plants under the scheme and supply CBG to OMC’s for sale as automotive and industrial fuel. It will boost entrepreneurship, rural economy and employment and provide additional source of revenue to the farmers. Company plans to obtain Letter of Intent from GAS Authority of India Limited (GAIL) and its local subsidiary Bharat gas limited or Total gas for selling CBG manufactured from the proposed plant.
